Discourse at the Intersections: HIV & Violence in LGBTQ Relationships

Unfortunately, we were unable to get a clear recording of the Discourse at the Intersections webinar session. Please check the NW Network's event page to see when this session will be offered again.

This webinar explores the Northwest Network’s understanding of power and control in intimate relationships as it relates to the context and experiences of survivors and/or partners living with HIV/AIDS.   To support creative, effective advocacy solutions we will highlight the impacts, vulnerabilities, and barriers LGBTQ, HIV positive/affected individuals face as it relates to domestic violence, systems, and communities.  Through discussion and interactive activities, this session seeksto create discourse on the best practices and implications for safety planning with LGBTQ survivors living with or impacted by HIV/AIDS.
